Refund policy

Warranty

The warranty period is often listed on the product page. Most products have a six month warranty. Within the warranty period, the product can be returned to us for replacement or repairs for free. New products have a warranty of 2 years.

If a product is broken, we will first analyze and discuss the defect over e-mail with you, this prevents unnecessary returns.

You are responsible to package the item carefully with an outer box and material to absorb the shocks of transportation. We cannot assume any liability for returned products arriving damaged due to inappropriate packing.

If you send us a product which is not defect under warranty, you will have to pay €20 handling cost and the shipping costs to send the item back to you.

Custom products

We provide a 6-month warranty on our custom made products. 

Exclusions

Excluded from warranty is wear and tear on moving parts and optical instruments. E.g. this means there is no warranty on disc drives, fans, belts, lasers, buttons and hinges.

Refund

New products

Private customers can return purchased products within 14 days for a full refund, providing:

  • The item is complete with all accessories and all are in new condition.
  • The item is in the original packaging. The packaging is in new condition.
  • Batteries are not refunded.

When you return an item you are responsible to return the item in good condition. Make sure the item is carefully packaged with an outer box and lots of material to absorb the shocks of transportation. Insurance is highly recommended. We cannot assume any liability for returned products arriving damaged due to inappropriate packing.

When we receive the product we will check it for damage. If the product is in new condition, the full unit price will be reimbursed within 7 days.

Custom products

Custom made products cannot be refunded. These include; custom configurations of consoles or accessories and custom 3D-printed parts. Please contact us if you want to return a custom made product.
